I strongly recommend Cape hair spray if you have fine and sparse hair like Melissa. You can take Melissa's word for it! Here's what I used on Melissa's hair: hair dryer, Cape hair spray, bobby pins, cylinder comb, tail comb, 3.8cm curling iron, and 3.2cm curling iron.
